Terms of Service

Last updated: 5 July 2026

1. Who we are

The NHS Interview Coach (the "Service") is operated by YourHRAlly ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

2. Access & access keys

The Service is available only to users who have been issued a valid access key by YourHRAlly. Access keys are personal, non-transferable, and may be revoked at any time (for example on refund, non-payment, or misuse). Sharing, reselling or circulating an access key is a breach of these Terms.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • copy, scrape, mirror, reverse-engineer or redistribute the Service, its prompts, its interface or its output as your own product;
  • use the Service to generate content that is unlawful, harmful, harassing or that misrepresents you as another person;
  • attempt to bypass access controls, rate limits or authentication;
  • use automated tools to interact with the Service without our written permission.

4. Intellectual property

All software, design, branding, wording, prompts and interview methodology of the Service are owned by YourHRAlly and protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your own interview preparation. You retain ownership of the answers you type or speak; we do not store them after your session ends.

5. Downloads

You may download a transcript of your own practice session for personal use. Downloaded transcripts are watermarked with our copyright notice. You may not strip the watermark or publish, resell or share the transcript as a substitute product.

6. No professional or clinical advice

The Service provides interview practice only. It is not employment advice, legal advice, or clinical guidance, and it does not guarantee any interview outcome, shortlisting decision or NHS role.

7. Availability & changes

We may update, suspend or discontinue the Service at any time. We may change these Terms; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YourHRAlly is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UK law.
