Please read the product description and checkout details before paying. Guides are digital downloads, not printed books. Personal services are delivered as described on their product page. YourHRAlly provides application and career guidance, not a guarantee of shortlisting, employment or sponsorship, and is not affiliated with NHS England.

Digital product refund policy

This is an instant digital download. Because the file is delivered immediately, all sales are final — digital products cannot be returned once they have been accessed.

  • You have read the product description before purchasing.
  • This is a digital product — nothing physical is posted to you.
  • You receive immediate or near-immediate access to your file.
  • No refunds, cancellations or exchanges are provided after purchase.

If your download does not arrive, or there is a technical problem with your file, email yourhrallyinterviews@gmail.com and it will be put right — you will always receive the product you paid for, working as intended.

1:1 service booking policy

This is personal, bespoke work delivered directly by YourHRAlly, so time is reserved for you alone.

  • Sessions can be rescheduled free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice.
  • Cancellations inside 24 hours, or missed appointments, are treated as delivered.
  • Written work (CVs, statements, reviews) is non-refundable once work has started.
  • Feedback is honest and evidence-based — a specific outcome or job offer cannot be guaranteed.

Membership

Membership is billed monthly at the price shown on its product page until you cancel. Contact us if you need help managing your membership.

Your rights and support

These policies do not remove your statutory consumer rights, including rights where a product is faulty or not as described. If you have a problem with an order, file or service, email yourhrallyinterviews@gmail.com with your order details.
