Who we are

This Service is operated by YourHRAlly. This policy explains what personal data we handle when you use the NHS Interview Coach and what rights you have under UK GDPR.

What we collect

• Account information: the email address you sign in with, and (for Google sign-in) your Google display name and profile picture.
• Access key redemption: a record that your account has redeemed a valid access key, and when.
• Session content (transient only): the job description, personal statement, questions, answers and feedback that make up a practice session.

What we don't keep

Practice-session content — including anything you paste in, anything you type or speak as an answer, and the coach's feedback — is held only for the duration of your session in your browser. It is not saved to our database. When you sign out, refresh, or close the tab, the session is cleared. If you want a copy, download it during the session.

Voice features

When you use the microphone to answer, your audio is sent to our AI provider only to transcribe it into text and is not retained. When the coach reads a question aloud, the question text is sent to the same provider to generate audio. Neither action creates a stored recording on our servers.

AI processing

Interview questions, feedback, transcription and voice output are generated by third-party large-language-model providers via the Lovable AI Gateway. Your session content is sent to those providers only to produce the response you asked for.

Cookies

We use only the cookies and local-storage entries required to keep you signed in. We do not run advertising or third-party analytics trackers.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data we hold about you (essentially: your account and your access-key redemption record). To exercise these rights, email thehumanresourcesplaybook@gmail.com.

Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
