Information you share
When you request a checklist, we collect your name, email address and selected role to provide the relevant checklist. When you purchase a guide or service, we use your order details to provide access and support. Services may require your contact details, CV, application documents, notes and appointment details.
How your information is used
We use this information to deliver what you request, manage bookings, prepare your work, answer enquiries and maintain order records. Checklist requests are not permission to send unrelated marketing.
Payments and service providers
Stripe processes payments; this website does not store your full card details. Hosting, private file storage, email delivery and calendar services help us provide your purchase. Appointment details may be shared with Google Calendar to send your invitation. If you choose Klarna, its own privacy terms apply to its payment service.
Marketing emails
We only add you to our marketing email list when you expressly agree. Subscribing is optional and is not required to receive a checklist or make a purchase. Sender manages this list and processes your email address, name if supplied and subscriber groups to deliver NHS application tips, new guides, offers and masterclass updates. We record when and where you agreed and the wording shown. You can unsubscribe using the link in any marketing email. Previous customers and checklist recipients are not automatically imported without permission.
Private documents
Service files are held in private storage, with time-limited download links issued after your order is checked. Keep the personal link in your order email private. Only upload documents you are authorised to share, and remove unnecessary sensitive information about other people.
Browser storage and analytics
Your basket is saved in your browser so it is available when you return. Website analytics measure page visits and traffic sources. Payment providers may use their own storage to operate checkout and prevent fraud.
Keeping and accessing your data
Information is kept to fulfil your request, provide support and meet applicable record-keeping obligations. To ask about access, correction, deletion or retention of your information, contact yourhrallyinterviews@gmail.com. Some order records may need to be retained for legal reasons. You can also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
