Interview Coaching

A personalised one-to-one interview preparation service delivered by Zoom, Microsoft Teams or WhatsApp video. Your coaching is built around the job description you upload and combines realistic mock interview practice with structured analysis and performance feedback.

Choose one 2.5-hour block or split the coaching across two 1-hour-15-minute dates. You will practise NHS-specific and competency-based questions, build stronger STAR answers, understand how panels score responses and receive practical feedback on confidence, communication and delivery.

Depending on your interview date and availability, this may also include up to two brief five-minute check-ins. Appointment dates may occasionally need adjusting around a confirmed interview date and coach availability.

This is personal, bespoke work delivered directly by YourHRAlly, so time is reserved for you alone.

Sessions can be rescheduled free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice.
Cancellations inside 24 hours, or missed appointments, are treated as delivered.
Written work (CVs, statements, reviews) is non-refundable once work has started.
Feedback is honest and evidence-based — a specific outcome or job offer cannot be guaranteed.
